Kids For Christ
KFC is an afterschool program for K-4th Grade Students. We meet on Wednesday afternoons from 2:30-4:00pm at WUMC. Each week we have a mini lesson, snack time, play time, crafts music and much, much more! If you are interested in joining KFC, contact Cynthia Roop at 828-645-6721 ext 105 for more information
KFC resumes on January 11th and will meet each Wednesday until May 16th (excluding Spring Break week)! If Buncombe County Schools are closed or dismiss early due to snow, KFC will NOT meet that afternoon.

Who can participate? Any rising K-4 Child is welcome to attend KFC! If they attend the Weaverville Elementary/Primary, they can ride the bus on Wednesday afternoons. Check with the school to see which bus they would need to take. If your child cannot attend each week, he/she is welcome to attend when they are able. It is important that if they want to participate in the Christmas play they attempt to attend Wednesday afternoons. We do not meet any other time to rehearse for the play/musical. The Dress rehearsal is the final rehearsal only. What do I need to do to register my child? Fill out the 2010-2011 Registration/Medical form found on Cindy Roop’s Office Door or download a copy by clicking HERE. Registration/Medical forms are required before child participation is allowed.
