The Weaverville B.E.A.R. closet is increasing our open hours to accommodate the community better during this time. Please come to our location at 90 N. Main Street during our new hours. At the front door, you will be asked to complete an order form, and we will fill your order while you wait. God bless you and your family.
OPEN:
Friday, October 11th 10am to noon.
Monday, Oct 14th: 3pm to 5pm
Tuesday, Oct 15th to Friday, Oct. 18th: 10am to noon each day

Often we lack specific items and wish lists help fill those needs. You can purchase directly from these lists or refer to them for product information and drop off donations. Specifically note size and gender of clothing. Thank you.

- To Order: Please fill out our order form. If you have any questions or issues, call or text 828-658-5373.
- Policy Change: Beginning January 15, 2024 Clients may order clothing every 8 weeks instead of monthly. Clients may receive one pair of shoes and one pair of boots per child per season. If your child outgrows shoes/boots, we will exchange them depending on our supply. Thank you for understanding these changes as we try to help as may clients as possible.

- You will select a pickup date and time when you place your order.
- WE ARE TOTALLY RUN BY VOLUNTEERS SO OUR PICK UP TIMES ARE FIRM
- We will have your order ready for you when you arrive. Come to the front doors, ring the doorbell, and we will bring it out to you. OR ring the doorbell on the sign in the parking lot
